Converts an IWeekendDefinitionProvider into the canonical WeekPattern whose selected days are the complement of the provider's weekend.

Remarks

Use this helper when adapting an IWeekendDefinitionProvider implementation to APIs that accept a WeekPattern directly - for example, the WeekPattern-accepting NotableDateService constructor.
