Tunes the behaviour of ToTitleCase(string, TitleCaseOptions) beyond the plain capitalise-each-word default.

None = 0

Default behaviour: capitalise the first character of every word and lower-case the rest.

LowerCaseSmallWords = 1

Lower-case short connective words (a, an, and, as, at, but, by, for, in, nor, of, on, or, per, so, the, to , up, via, vs, yet) when they are not the first or last word. Useful for headline-style titles.

PreserveAcronyms = 2

Preserve fully-uppercase words as acronyms rather than down-casing them. For example, "HTML" stays "HTML" instead of becoming "Html".
