Represents a decoded LABEL record: a cell holding an inline text value. The text is a 16-bit-length Unicode string in BIFF8 and a 16-bit-length code-page byte string in BIFF5.

Remarks

The record identifier is Label. The payload is the six-byte cell prefix followed by the string structure the version selects; bytes after the string are ignored. The Text view is valid only while the record's payload is.
