public enum YamlValueKind
- Extension Methods
Fields
None = 0No value. Used as the default before a node has been read.
Null = 1The YAML null value, written as
null,~, or an empty scalar.Boolean = 2A boolean value.
Integer = 3An integer value.
Float = 4A floating-point value, including the infinity and not-a-number forms.
String = 5A string value.
Sequence = 6An ordered sequence of nodes, written in block or flow style.
Mapping = 7An unordered mapping of key nodes to value nodes, written in block or flow style.
Remarks
The kind reflects the resolved type of a node, not its source presentation. A scalar written as "42" in
double quotes resolves to String, whereas the plain scalar 42 resolves to
Integer under the active YamlSpecVersion. Collections are reported as
Sequence or Mapping regardless of whether they used block or flow style.
